Mr Habben Jansen began his career at Royal Nedlloyd before joining Danzas, the Swiss logistics firm, which merged with DHL in 1999. He was Head of Global Customer Solutions at DHL from 2006 until joining Damco as Chief Executive Officer in 2009, leaving in 2014 to join Hapag-Lloyd. He is a Dutch citizen and graduated from Rotterdam’s Erasmus University in 1991 with a degree in Economics.
Kenni Skotte has been with Maersk since 2004 and was appointed Head of Ocean Network Product in February 2023.
Prior to this he has held different commercial and operational leadership roles in Africa, USA and in Denmark. Most recently, he was Vice President & Head of Network & Market, North-South (2020-2023)

Since October 2022 Michael Amri signs responsible for the global Seafreight Business Development at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
He looks back on 30 years of profound experience in logistics: Back in 1990 he started his career at Hellmann, one of the leading global logistics companies, headquartered in Germany. Initially he worked in the Seafreight Operations Management to then move on to the Sales Division where he last worked in the Seafreight Key Accounts department.
In 2004, Michael Amri moved to the US where he took over and strategically expanded the national Sales department before returning to Germany to lead the European Seafreight Team.

A 1988-graduate of the A.P. Møller/Maersk Shipping School, Bjorn spent well more than half of his life in international supply chain, living in Denmark, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, the US, and the United Arab Emirates.
As a service provider, Bjorn worked in management roles within vessel- and terminal operations, warehouse management, sales, key account management, and logistics network design for Maersk Line, Thyssen Haniel Logistics, Exel (now DHL Global Supply Chain) and TNT Logistics (now Ceva).
As a shipper and advisor, Bjorn was for 15 years the VP of Global Logistics in the Electrolux Group, followed by a 2-year engagement with Sea-Intelligence, where he helped to establish Sea-Intelligence Advisory Services.

Deputy Secretary General Lars Robert Pedersen is responsible for BIMCO’s technical and operational activities involving all technical
and nautical issues within the area of marine environment, ship safety and maritime security. Lars Robert is furthermore responsible BIMCO’s activity related to regulatory developments relevant for shipping at international, regional and national levels.
In the past decade he has served on IMO expert groups on market-based measures and on
the steering group for the IMO 2020 fuel oil availability study. Lars Robert has also chaired the Motorship Propulsion & Future Fuels Conference for the past 6 years.
He joined BIMCO in early 2010 after a long
career at A.P. Moller-Maersk (APMM). For more
than 25 years he was involved in regulatory
affairs at IMO level, technical management of the Maersk fleet of container ships and prior to that as seagoing engineer officer. Lars Robert holds an unlimited Chief Engineers license.
Michael Aldwell currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Sea Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel Management AG, a global logistics provider headquartered in Switzerland. He has held this position since October 2023.

Stavros Evangelakakis has 35 years’ experience in the air cargo industry working in various departments at Cargolux. Evangelakakis has held previous roles in export, reservations, sales, marketing, and cooperating marketing. Before his current title of Global Product Manager for Healthcare/Perishables, Evangelakakis was sales Manager in Europe, M East, and Central Asia for 9 years, he also held positions in Marketing and Reservations.
Over the past 18 years, Evangelakakis has become very familiar with the transportation of healthcare products and has been the link between commercial and operations within Cargolux.
He has been active part developing with Dupont the aircraft thermal cover, and with the cross-divisional team of Cargolux to accomplish GDP certification, developing the Active/Passive container business, and ensuring his input was heard when the GHA Luxaircargo built the Healthcare center.
He is also the Chairman of the Cool Chain Association, personally and on behalf of the CCA he has a “dream” to create a standard for the Perishables using airfreight similar to the Pharma standard.
Also creates awareness about food waste and shows the world that airfreight is doing its bid to reduce waste.
He is fascinated about temperature capabilities along the air cargo supply chain, temperature is an art, and if we all do our job properly along the supply chain we would have already fewer challenges.
Amongst his normal duties, he wants to create awareness about the last-mile delivery of pharmaceutical products.
Eric M. Topp has 32+ years of experience in the Transportation & Logistics space leading Operations, IT, Transformations, and Sales/Business Development. He worked for the U.S. Army, IBM, a startup in Silicon Valley that was acquired by Cubic, APL (CMA/CGM), Bollore Logistics, Crowley, and Longbow Advantage before joining AWS as the Head, Worldwide Solutions and Strategy, Transportation & Logistics. He is currently assigned to support the sales, marketing, and product development of AWS’s newest offering to market, AWS Supply Chain.

As the Vice President of International Transportation, Dennis is responsible for procurement and management of all ocean, air and logistics activities for shipments to factories to PVH’s 3 commercial regions.

Glyn has been involved in Air Cargo for over 40 years having started his career with British Caledonian in the UK.
He joined IATA in 1991 and become IATA's Global Head of Cargo in June 2014. In February 2021, Glyn joined TIACA as its first Director general where he works with the Board to deliver the organization's vision for a safe, profitable and united air cargo industry that embraces modern technologies and practices, to sustainably serve trade and social development worldwide. Before his current title of Global Product Manager for Healthcare/Perishables, Evangelakakis was sales Manager in Europe, M East, and Central Asia for 9 years, he also held positions in Marketing and Reservations.
Over the past 18 years, Evangelakakis has become very familiar with the transportation of healthcare products and has been the link between commercial and operations within Cargolux.
