The Customer and its affiliates have permission to:
- Use and analyze the data provided by Xeneta’s Platform for business purposes of generating insights, recommendations, and analyses, this includes but is not limited to – the use of models and algorithms.
- Extract insubstantial portions, abstracts, or summaries.
- Incorporate unsubstantial data into presentations or other work products to provide general market commentary for internal or external distribution, perform consultancy for clients and provide corresponding reports.
This right to use the Xeneta generated content (analysis, graphs, presentations, reports, etc.) - is granted to the Customer on the following conditions:
- The inclusion of information into internal presentations or Client Deliverables shall be limited to Insubstantial Data.
- Xeneta shall be duly identified in every Client Deliverable as the data source, i.e., © Xeneta, www.xeneta.com
