Xeneta Customer Advisory Board

The Xeneta Customer Advisory Board (XCAB) is an exclusive network of forward-thinking Xeneta customers who have joined forces to shape the direction and development of Xeneta. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of the trends, drivers and challenges shaping your business so that we can develop appropriately to continue to meet your needs. The advisory board additionally enables the participating Xeneta Customer Community to network and build mutually-beneficial relationships.

XCAB Benefits 

This interactive, ongoing program opened to a selected list of industry-leading Xeneta customers, offers an opportunity to: 

• Validate current product and new ideas; guide the Xeneta product roadmap 
• Help shape and validate our market message and value proposition 
• Gather market intelligence, learn about innovation in the industry, what should Xeneta develop next 
• Foster connection with similar industry leaders through shared learnings - learn from shared experience

Responsibilities

The Board will meet a few times online throughout the year and in-person at The Xeneta Summit.

Membership Details 

The XCAB is an exclusive invitation-only board and the membership isn’t transferable.

• The Xeneta Customer Advisory Board member tenure period is two years.
• We aim to have executive members from each selected company join the XCAB, ideally focusing on strategy and direction.

There is no fee to attend the face-to-face meetings except for travel.
