After several months in the preview mode, Xeneta’s new Monitor is now available to all customers.
The latest version features a reworked interface that combines the functionality of Market Benchmarks and Market Trends, allowing you to review and compare rates and other market data across multiple metrics.
Additional data points like Carrier rates, Capacity, and Reliability are now also available on the new Monitor page, offering a quick way to review their development alongside market rates.

We have completely reworked how you upload your data in the Tender Benchmark tool. The updated import flow now allows you to upload your bid sheets directly without the need to rely on templates and guides you through every step of the process by helping you map your data and highlighting any errors.

The Benchmarks graph in our Air product now features the Airline Rate Index which provides additional insight into the air freight market by showing you the rate development between airlines and freight forwarders alongside the regular shipper market rates.

The latest update for our Ocean Tender Benchmark tool expands the Performance Analysis feature to allow you to benchmark your tender spend against the market based on your supplier bid rates and projected volumes. As part of this update, we have also added the ability to export the Tender chart as a PNG image.

We continue to improve our Tender Benchmark tool, with the latest update bringing the ability to analyze your tender performance directly within the platform. This new feature allows you to get a quick insight into how your bid rates compare to the market on specific corridors or individual trade lanes without the need to explore a massive Excel file.

Previously only available to our Ocean customers, the Tender Benchmark add-on has now been released for our Air product, allowing you to see how rates from your air freight suppliers compare against the market on hundreds or thousands of individual trade lanes at a time.
We have also updated the Tender Benchmark tool on the Ocean side, adding several key features designed to give you more control over your reports, including the ability to organize them into groups and quickly rerun them against the latest benchmark data.

We have greatly expanded our API offering with the release of Xeneta API v3.0.
In addition to air and ocean freight rate information, our API now offers direct access to many additional types of critical ocean market data, such as offered and blanked capacity, reliability, carrier rates and more.

The Market Trends page under the Monitor section of our Air product has been redesigned to make it more intuitive and easier to navigate.
In addition to reworking the Capacity and Load Factor tab, this update also brings a new Short Vs. Long Rates tab that allows you to quickly review and compare air rate trends on your followed airport pairs as well as the largest global air corridors.
