We are excited to announce an update to our Xeneta for the Air Freight platform.
Xeneta for Air Freight now includes interactive dynamic load factor and capacity data in a significant upgrade to its initial implementation earlier in 2021. If you’re interested in anticipating how much and when rates could change, having this data at your fingertips gives you great insight to manage your procurement better and explain some of the drivers of rising and falling rates to your business.
Lane and Timeframe Drill-Down & Commentary
Users have told us they would like to quickly see which trade lanes are under the most pressure and drill into more recent timeframes. We also realized that explaining what we see in the data will help the users to analyze this data and present it to their stakeholders.
So, for the first time within the Xeneta platform, we have added commentary alongside the data and the charts.
Powered by CLIVE Data Services’ unique dynamic load factor, users can analyze cargo utilization by both volume and weight, giving a more accurate view of cargo demand. We will continue to provide weekly updates giving the most timely, neutral view of capacity in the air freight market.
Stay tuned for the next update as we will shortly release the capability to view capacity and dynamic load factor against Xeneta benchmarked rates so you can see how supply, demand and prices interact over time.
